Barry M. Horton, MS, LPC
Barry Horton (owner/operator) has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University as well as a Master’s degree in counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University. He is a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
A father of teenagers himself and youth leader for 10 years, Barry has combined his commitment to teens with a valuable and challenging career as a Major in the US Air Force Reserves. He has served Gloucester County for several years in a variety of ways as the first former Vice President of the Tri-County Care Management Organization (CMO) board of directors, a member of the Gloucester County CIACC, a member of the Youth Services Commission (YSC), as well as a mentor for Youth Challenge Program. Most recently, Barry was the director of the adolescent partial care program at Kennedy Hospital, Washington Township Campus.
Throughout the years through these many mediums of service, Barry has gained an understanding of the system of care and is interactive and involved within it. Barry uses his energy and creativity in providing innovative treatment for adolescents and their families. His compassion, sensitivity, and strength make him a unique and effective role model for youth.
